Ladies Hunting Camp, Co-Host Extreme Desire TV, Cabelas Pro-Staff, Cregon Access & Habitat Board, St. James Sporting Properties.

Co-Host & Co-Producer of Extreme Desire TV and outdoors media writer, I live in Central Oregon and have spent most of my life outdoors. Growing up on large ranches and later managing ranches and training horses kept me out in the field most of my life, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. My life revolves around God, Family, Friends and being outdoors whether it is hunting, fishing, shooting, riding or just hiking. I am a Mom, Wife, Aunt & Grandma (being a Grandma is the best). I appreciate all that the Good Lord has blessed me with, and all the great experiences. My Husband Randy Yow and I have a Hunting and Outdoor show named Extreme Desire TV, it is Back Country, Western Big Game, DIY, Public lands type hunting, a little extreme at times but it is always real.

I have written columns for Lady Hunter Magazine, numerous Horse magazines, have published stories in Eastman’s Hunting Journal, and Huntin Fool, Bugle, and numerous others. I am a member & volunteer for Friends of NRA, RMEF, OHA, and other local and National Conservation groups. I believe we all need to step up and help Conserve and Preserve the beautiful outdoors and lifestyle that we all love for future generations, as well as our 2nd Amendment rights and Public Lands. I currently sit on the State Board of Access & Habitat through ODFW, this board helps gain access for hunters either on or through Private land as well as provide habitat to and for our Wildlife. It is exciting to help make a difference. I also an the Representative for DC Project for the State of Oregon, where we work with Senators and Representatives in protecting our 2nd Amendment Rights, which as we all know are slipping away from us. I am a strong believer in standing against the Red Flag law, or at least reforming it to protect innocent gun owners. I have spoke at Rallies here in Oregon as well as attended the DC Project in Washington DC.

Seven years ago I started Ladies Hunting Camp, a passion of mine is to share what I love so much with others. The camp has grown so much in 7 years that it blows my mind. The camp was created to help women gain skills, build confidence and achieve dreams in the outdoors. As I watch the ladies leave camp with confidence, and on fire to get out in God’s Country it makes my soul smile, but when they share their success it makes me even happier. We have grown from 20 ladies 7 years ago to 3 full camps of 40-50 ladies and 30-40 instructors & volunteers. Reaching over 300 ladies a season whether they have never shot a firearm or are seasoned hunters looking for help from someone other than a spouse or family member, we have a very diverse group of ladies that all leave with confidence & new outdoor friends.

My goal is to share the love and respect I have for the Outdoors and Nature with as many people as I can and to help ladies build their confidence and skills in Outdoor activities and shooting events.
